To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, no1jili shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill. Our total liability to any player in connection with any single incident shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the incident. no1jili is not responsible for any losses arising from internet connectivity issues, device failures, or third-party payment processor delays that are outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms shall limit our liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.
